Brown Topsoil - Brown sandy loam, a heavier soil used under seed and sod. Also good for filling in and building up around foundations

Blended Topsoil - Lighter in weight than brown topsoil. Peat soil mixed with brown topsoil. Recommended for gardens and flower beds.

Unscreened Soil - Brown topsoil taken directly from the ground. May have some stones or lumps. Only use this if you are spreading it with a machine.

Fill - Used for filling in larger holes (swimming pools). Fill consists of debris, rejected topsoil, stones, clumps etc.
